1. What’s included with the Aria Carbon?
The package includes the Aria Carbon cart, battery, charger, toolkit, scorecard holder, umbrella holder, GPS/phone holder, cup holder, rain cover, and a carry-on trolley travel bag.

2. The caddy won’t turn on. What should I do?
Check that the battery is fully charged and properly connected. Make sure the rudder jack is connected to the drive axle. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on. Confirm correct battery polarity: red to (+), black to (–).

3. The caddy doesn’t drive straight.
Adjust the front wheel using the alignment adjustment bolt.

4. The caddy resists when pushing manually.
Ensure both rear wheels are disengaged from the drive hubs.

5. The battery won’t charge or hold a charge.
Verify correct battery connections and ensure the charger is plugged into a working outlet and securely connected to the battery.

6. How long does the battery last?
A full charge covers at least 18 holes and up to 36 holes, depending on terrain and usage. The battery is rated for up to 1,500 charge cycles.
