Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order arrives?
Most orders process within 1–2 business days and arrive within 4–5 business days via tracked shipping. Larger items (scooters, lift chairs, hyperbaric chambers, powersports vehicles) can take longer due to carrier scheduling — we'll keep you posted every step of the way.

Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $40. We currently ship within the United States only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska on standard rates — contact us for a quote if you're located there).

How does delivery work for larger vehicles (ATVs, go-karts, scooters)?
Oversized items typically ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery, and an adult signature is required on arrival. Your dedicated Prestige Aid rep will reach out to schedule delivery in advance so you know exactly when to expect it.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Warranty

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals included. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending anything back — contact us and we'll issue one and walk you through every step. Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee; full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Don't stress. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, and we'll make it right through manufacturer warranty support — replacement parts, repair guidance, or a swap, whatever gets you taken care of fastest.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Beyond manufacturer coverage, we offer Accidental Protection plans on applicable products — extra peace of mind that covers you if life happens, not just product defects. Ask your dedicated rep which plan makes sense for your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet — just contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in transit follow the standard return process above.

Financing & Payment

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal, so you can spread out the cost of your purchase instead of paying all at once. We also accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes — we accept HSA/FSA payment on eligible products through Sika at checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?
We don't charge sales tax on most orders. Sales tax is only collected where required by law — currently, that means orders shipping to Illinois. Everywhere else, the price you see is the price you pay.

Price Match Guarantee

Will you match a competitor's price?
Yes. If you find the identical item — same brand, model, and condition — at a lower total price (including shipping) from an authorized retailer, we'll match it. Just send us the competitor's listing before you check out and we'll verify and apply it. Full details are on our Price Match Guarantee page.

Why buy from Prestige Aid instead of just going with the cheapest price?
We do the research, you make the decision. Price match means you're never paying more by buying from us — but you also get a dedicated rep and a team that's done the homework on every product we sell. Same price, better experience.

Powersports-Specific (ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Go-Karts)

Will my ATV/dirt bike/go-kart come titled and registered?
Most of our powersports vehicles are sold for off-road/recreational use and don't come pre-titled or registered — requirements vary by state and by model. Contact your dedicated Prestige Aid rep before you buy, and we'll let you know exactly what paperwork (if any) applies to your specific unit.

Is assembly required?
Most powersports vehicles arrive partially assembled for safe freight shipping. Final setup (mirrors, battery connection, etc.) is typically quick, and instructions are included. If you'd rather not do it yourself, ask your rep about local assembly options.

What if my state doesn't allow this vehicle on public roads?
Many of our ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts are intended for private property, trails, or designated off-road use rather than public roads. Check your state and local laws before riding on public streets — we're happy to help you understand what we know about your specific model.
