Refund & Return Policy

At Prestige Aid, we specialize in high-value mobility, wellness, and equipment products. Due to the nature, size, and handling requirements of these items, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product integrity and fairness to all customers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Window (30 Days) Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility may vary by brand or manufacturer (see individual product pages for any specific exceptions).

Return Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and unassembled
  • Must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
  • Must show no signs of wear, use, installation, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Any item that has been used, assembled, or altered in any way
  • Products with signs of wear, operation, or installation
  • Bulk or multi-unit orders (2 or more units)
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RA)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Technical Issues If your item arrives damaged or you experience a technical issue:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and/or video evidence

These cases will be handled through technical support and/or the manufacturer’s warranty, which may include:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair guidance
  • Manufacturer-authorized service

Issues identified after assembly or use are not grounds for return or refund.

Return Authorization (RA) Required All returns must be approved in advance. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@prestigeaid.com
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Follow the provided return instructions

Returns sent without an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the item price (excluding shipping)
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping service

Inspection & Refund Process

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled after processing may be subject to fees.
  • Orders already shipped must follow the return process.
  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once placed.

Important Notice Due to the nature of our products, minor assembly, adjustments, or setup may be required after delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact us prior to purchase to ensure the product is the right fit for your needs.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Order Confirmation & Delayed Shipments Some orders may require additional confirmation from the customer before final shipment due to inventory or supplier availability.

After payment is authorized, we may contact you (via email or phone) to confirm details or proceed with shipment. You will be given a response deadline (typically 48–72 hours).

If we do not receive a response by the deadline:

  • We reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • A processing / cancellation fee of up to 15% of the order total may be retained to cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, and supplier coordination.
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
