How to Use

Insert 4 AAA batteries (not included). Place the PulsePad directly against or near the target area — a joint, lower back, knee, shoulder, or wrist. Press the power button to begin. Sessions of 20–30 minutes are recommended, up to 3 times daily on the same area. The PulsePad is safe to use through light clothing. No goggles or special preparation required.
