2. The caddy doesn’t track straight—what should I do?
You can easily correct the direction by adjusting the front wheel alignment using the adjustment bolt.

3. The remote control isn’t working. What should I check?
Ensure the remote control batteries are fully charged. Confirm that the operation lock on the side of the remote is not engaged. If needed, re-pair the remote with the caddy by following the pairing instructions in the use and maintenance manual.

4. The battery isn’t charging or won’t hold a charge.
Verify that the battery cables are correctly connected—red to the positive (+) terminal and black to the negative (–) terminal. Also, check that the charger is plugged into a power outlet and securely connected to the battery.

5. The caddy won’t turn on.
Confirm the battery is charged and properly connected. Make sure the rudder jack is securely connected to the drive axle. Press and hold the power button for at least three seconds until you hear a click and see the battery indicator light. Recheck battery polarity if the issue persists.
