1. Does the package include a charger and hand controller, or do I need to buy them separately?
Yes, the package includes both a charger and a hand control—no separate purchase required. If you receive a package missing these items, simply contact us and we’ll ship the replacements right away.

2. I'm confused about charging. I charged the hand controller for 3 hours but see no light. Is it defective?
No worries—this is normal. The charger will show a red light while charging, and green when fully charged. The hand controller itself does not light up during charging. To check battery status, press the "UP" or "DOWN" button—if the indicator light responds, your battery is working properly.

3. I plan to use the lift chair only occasionally for emergencies. How often should I charge it?
For occasional or emergency use, we recommend charging the chair at least once every 4–6 weeks to ensure the battery stays in good condition and is ready when needed. Always store the chair fully charged if it won’t be used for a while.

4. Can I use the lift chair in the bathtub? Is it safe to submerge it in water?
Yes, the AX15 is waterproof and safe for use in the bath, as long as the hand controller is securely connected. It’s okay to submerge the unit while bathing, but do not leave it submerged for extended periods once you're done.
