Payment Options

We make checkout simple and flexible. Prestige Aid accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and financing options through Affirm, Shop Pay, and Klarna.

We also accept HSA and FSA payments through Sika, making it easy to use your health spending accounts for eligible products.

If you prefer to pay by check, please contact a representative first at (855) 243-6425 or support@prestigeaid.com Checks must clear before products are shipped.

Please note — we’re unable to accept cash, money orders, or any other forms of payment at this time.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and most items arrive within 4–7 business days after shipping. Order not cancelled within 24 hours are subject to restocking fees.

Please note that larger or heavier products—such as lift chairs, scooters, or adjustable beds—may require additional transit time due to carrier scheduling and handling requirements.
