The Game Ready Med4 Elite is a clinic-grade, iceless control unit that delivers four modalities from one touchscreen: cold down to 38°F, heat up to 113°F, rapid contrast that switches from hot to cold in under one minute, and intermittent pneumatic compression from 5 to 75 mmHg across four levels. Two hose ports with holsters run two users at the same time with independent settings. The unit rolls on four lockable wheels, measures 32.5" L × 24.75" W × 43" H, and weighs 172 lbs empty. Wraps are sold separately and at least one is required for use.

• Rapid contrast — Alternates heat and cold with a changeover of less than one minute; choose which to start with, cycle times, and total session length. No gravity-fed tanks or tubs.
• Intermittent pneumatic compression — Four levels from 5–75 mmHg (Low, Medium-Low, Medium, High) or none, in any cold, heat, or compression-only session.
• Two users at once — Two ports with holsters and fully independent settings per side; treat two different areas or two different people simultaneously.
• Touchscreen interface — Set modality, temperatures, cycle times, compression, and total time from one screen. Cold sessions include a snooze function of up to six cycles.
• Built to move — Four lockable wheels roll the 172 lb unit between rooms, treatment tables, or sidelines.

Prescription required: The Med4 Elite is an FDA-regulated prescription medical device. Shipping: Ships free by freight to the contiguous United States. At 172 lbs the unit arrives on a pallet with curbside delivery; allow 1–3 weeks and plan for two people or a ramp to move it indoors. Contact our team for a current estimate before ordering.

Wraps are sold separately: The control unit does not operate without an ATX wrap. Plan on one wrap per port you intend to use.

Space and power: Footprint is roughly 33" × 25" and 43" tall. It runs on standard AC power; there is no battery option.

Warranty: 2-year manufacturer's limited warranty on the control unit, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Wraps and accessories carry their own warranty terms.

Does it use ice?
No. The built-in chiller produces cold down to 38°F on its own, so there is nothing to fill or drain between sessions.

Are wraps included?
