How to Use

Choose your wavelength based on treatment area: 660nm red for skin, soft tissue, and surface inflammation; 810nm infrared for deeper joints, muscle tissue, and pain relief. Hold directly against skin or 4–12 inches away. Press the single power button to begin. The built-in 30-second auto-timer shuts the device off at the optimal session length for this power level.
