How to Use

Unfold the mat on a flat surface. Connect the DC adapter and power on the control unit. Select your program: P1 sweeps gradually from 3–38 Hz and back; P2 continuously varies between 1–99 Hz randomly; P3 lets you set a fixed frequency manually. Lie on the mat fully clothed — the electromagnetic field is low-intensity and you will not feel it during the session. Sessions of 20–30 minutes, 2–3 times daily are recommended. The mat can be used daily for general wellness and recovery support.
