How to Use

Place the MiniMat flat on a surface, chair seat, or your pet's resting area. Connect the DC adapter and power on the controller. Select your program: P1 sweeps gradually from 3–38 Hz and back; P2 continuously varies between 1–99 Hz randomly; P3 lets you set a fixed frequency. Place the target area directly on or near the mat. Recommended sessions are 20–30 minutes, 2–3 times daily. For pets, allow them to position themselves naturally — animals will often self-regulate their time on the mat.
